What is Solved, and how does it work?
Solved is a knowledge platform where your work gets reviewed by industry experts. You upload your asset, choose the type of plan you want, and our experts provide actionable feedback to help you refine and optimize your work.
What kinds of assets do Solved experts review?
Our experts review business-related and personal artifacts.

The most common artifacts for business-related work include pitch decks, financial models, sales decks, landing pages, SEO strategies, OKRs, recruiting plans, no-code infrastructure, and more.

Who are the experts reviewing my digital assets?
Our experts are seasoned professionals with significant experience in their respective industries. Many have built and scaled successful businesses or led major projects in their fields. They undergo a rigorous vetting process to ensure they provide high-quality, insightful feedback tailored to your needs.
How do I ensure my digital asset stays private and secure?
We take your privacy seriously. All digital assets are stored securely in our platform and are private forever for paid users. If you choose to get a free asset review, we share the asset and its corresponding review on our platform after some times (usually 4 months).

When we do share assets on our platform, we mask contact information so your personal information is never shown, even for free reviews.
Why should I get my work reviewed by Solved’s experts instead of ChatGPT?
LLM platforms like ChatGPT and Claude offer generic advice.

Sometimes the advice or feedback is helpful, but most of the times it falls short of expectations, especially when the assets involved are critical like investment feedback, user-facing feedback, and career-related feedback.

We think of LLMs as a great resource to get started and Solved as the best resource to get your assets polished and ready for show time.

How much does it cost to get my digital asset reviewed?
We offer a freemium model where you can get reviews at no cost, but we share it publicly so others can learn from your work.

You can upgrade to $49 per review to keep your assets private, and to $99 per review to keep your asset private and accelerate the review to 3 business days instead of the standard review time (15 days).
How long does it take to get feedback on my digital asset?
Typically, you can expect to receive feedback within 15 days of submitting your asset. You can upgrade to get your asset reviewed within 3 business days for $99.
How is the feedback shared with me?
Our experts work in an asynchronous way and provide feedback via Loom videos. The standard feedback time is 5 minutes, unless the expert decides to go longer for a specific reason.
Can I communicate directly with the expert reviewing my asset?
In the future, you  can pay to get additional revisions or to get async Q&A.
